Message : what does scandalous mean?could you give me a few example? someone just called me scandalous, and i don't know what it actually mean. i do know that it's something to do with reputations. cause he said that i been messing with guys mind and never return there calls. is that scandalous. i just sat there and pretend to know what it means so that i wouln't look stupid in front of them. i just wanna know what it means , so next time i could defend myself , if it's not true. Message : Ohkay if u listen in songs, "scandalous" is used as in "sexual" terms. Like the Thong Song from Sisqo. "Ooh that dress so Scandalous." That just means something is shocking, it throws you off guard. Something that draws your attention. Like say you see a very nice attractive woman walking on the road. You look twice! So Scandalous just means something that grabs your attention...makes you look twice! (But it's not always used as a sexual term it's just something that grabs your attention).
