Message : I just went to a camera shop today. The store has several model of Gitzo, ManFrotto in stock. They are very impressive wa. Very good material and good connection compare with other brand such as SunPak and Slik. The only problem is the price might be a little higher than $100.

Message : Green series are of best of bogen. Therefore if you want to get green head, I will suggest to get a green tripod. Yet, for sure, your budget will be sky-rocket. If not, get other heads instead.
Another thing is to double-check the weight. I was one time carrying this monster when I walked in a 10-mile trail. I swear I wanted to throw it out every single minute. I think P'Ton (bird-watching guy) gots one green, you might want to ask him how it is and how much it cost. From : Dachrit - - dachrit@iastate.edu - 02/11/2002 13:13 |
