Our THAINIGHT II - It will be officially on Sunday 23rd February. - ROOM, I have already reserve the Great hall and Oak room that we used it last time and also the set up will be the same as well. - FOOD, Jack said the menu have already been setup. - TICKET and POSTER, Pae is doing it now and should be ready on this Friday. - BROCHURE, Kwang will start doing after he gets all info. - STAGE, Tor and P' Kai, they have discussed about the concept and will go to MU next week to see how everthing will be set up. - PERFORMANCE, P'Chang and Jum+ are practising their Klui show. P'Pook, Pae, P'Chang, Jum+, and P'Ton also are practising their Thai Music Band. Lim, Pla, P'Tep, and April will start practicing their performance this weekend. - TICKET PRICE, This time, the price will be $12 for Adult and $8 for Child. Message : [2nd draft; from p' Joe's email] Food: Jack and Tik will be our head. They are asking everyone to help preparing the food on Saturday before Thainight. Also, they will post the menu when they get it done. Stage: P'Kai will help us to design both display and stage. Tor will take control decorating the stage. He still need a lot of people to help. So, if anyone available, please come and help with this. For the date, I'll announce again. Display will be prepared by P'Jeab. Also, she still need a hand. Performs: The first show will be klui duo by P'Chang and Jum+. The second show is the Thai music band. - P'Ong Singer and Ching - Pae Kim - P'Pook Sor duang - P'Ton Sor Au - P'Jum+ Klui - P'Chang Klui The third show is "Rum-klong-yao" by P'Tep, Lim, Pla, and Oh+. P'Pook will be helping them from now until 28th of this month. Then, P'Jeab will help after that. On Stage: Nong A and Chin will help us on stage. And P'Big will take control of the script and also flow on Stage (like what P'Ping did last year) Ads: Tickets are prepared by Pae. Hopefully, they will be ready for everyone by Tuesday. Again, we will do it like last year, so if anyone wants the tickets, you can get them from me or I can bring them to you. For the posters, they will be ready probably the same day as the tickets. I also need your help in putting them on your department board. Brochures are prepared by Kwang. They are in progress right now. Finally, we still need someone to record this event.
